Rust-Oleum's Universal Acrylic Primer is specifically formulated for application to a variety of surfaces that include metal, wood, concrete, plaster, wallboard, hardboard, glass, and tile. The rust inhibitive formulation also makes it an ideal choice for direct application to steel. The primer is also an excellent stain blocker and resists growth of mold and mildew.
